- The solenoid has been delivered to building 912; it arrived at the lab last night around 11:30, and the truck came in door #9 this morning. BNL riggers supervised by Alex Korol did a beautiful job rigging it into place.

- Paul Kovach now has the recording accelerometer and will extract the data from it and I will; make a second copy when he's finished.

- Paul has a req for shipping all the remaining equipment with an itemized manifest that he will send around.

- John H. will get in touch with Mike Racine to have all the documentation shipped here as soon as possible.

- Paul would like the "dog house" opened for inspection in the next day or two; Don Lynch said that one of the PHENIX techs could do that.

- We discussed work rules and work planning on the magnet while on the AGS floor; we agreed that Dave Phillips will be the lead on this since the work is done in C-AD space.

- Peter Wanderer distributed a draft traveler for the magnet which was developed by Mike and Paul for low power testing. There was considerable discussion, and it needs to be reviewed (I think we agreed to use the SMD system for following travelers), but it seems to cover the main points of acceptance testing as far as electrical, cryo, and vacuum.

- We discussed the low power test at some length. I think we all agree that it is very important to expeditiously test the coil to make sure it is ok after its removal from BaBar and transport to Brookhaven. Paul estimated that it would take >~2 mos to complete the design of the chimney extension after we get the valve box, and so we probably should do the low power test with the original chimney.

- We are being encouraged to do a high power test, and I think we all agreed that is essentially impossible in this fiscal year. Several people, like Bob Lambiase, made the point that to be ready for a high power test in a year or so, we need more planning of the test in the coming months, and we'll also have to be able to spend money on it.

We will plan to meet again in two weeks; Wed, Feb 18.
