No, probably not, and that's my fault, because it's part of our world at 
RHIC that has become an unwritten assumption.  For example, the parking 
lot I usually park in is a Controlled Area.  But I recently asked for my 
dosimeter records since 1995, and the total integrated dose in those 19 
years was 15 mrem, and every year except one the reported dose was 0.0.

I think we can work with HP to make sure the postings in the area of the 
magnet are reasonable, but of course we are relying on the refrigerator 
set up for the ERL, but if that is operating, we are probably not able 
to do any serious work on the coil.  I think we also have to figure out 
where the other equipment is going to go now that Paul is submitting the 
req for shipping it; some of it (like the large power supplies) probably 
need to be outside the area we designated for teh coil, which is 
actually quite small.
