After the meeting today in 902A conference, the summary and/or the to-do-list is as follows :

--- The quote of the shipment of the remaining materials from SLAC remains the same (~$21K in total).  Ed Obrien has promised to make sure that it's
PINNED --- which has just happened at the time of writing this.  We expect the shipment to arrive in a couple weeks.

--- The documents remain a tough issue.  In short term, we keep them in 1008 trailers and people can come and make copies.  Some PDF files scanned
can be spread around.  In the slightly longer term, we'll ask C-AD design group (Tony Arno/Kathy Brown) to scan them and put them into the WindChill
system which can be accessed by browser.

--- Sonny has started the "acceptance test" (!!) and a first result will be sent to us soon.  Among them, we know the resistance has been measured to be ~2.5 ohm.

--- Quite a few of us have gone to 1008 again.  We can't really find anything better than the schematics that Bob Lambiase has photographed months ago.   I've talked to
John Haggerty again.   He'll try to find that
drawing "Identificazione File/file identification: 771610BA.DWG" .

--- the modification of the flange (for the junction box) is still ongoing and Robert Than also told me that he also needs to do some work to set up the vacuum
environment before we can do the leak check.

--- We've discussed about the Magnet test schedule drafted by D. Phillips and J. Mills.  They'll try to assign people on the task (such as Achim Franz for the field measurement)
and distribute to people to let them check to see whether the schedule makes sense.

--- Another topic is the asymmetric placement of coil of the Magnet and whether the asymmetric force would cause a problem.  It's suggested that we can Wuzheng Meng
and Ramesh Gupta to do the calculation.   John Haggerty will also set up a meeting with the Italian expert Pasquale Fabbricatore (?) with some of us so that we can ask
his opinions for a few issues including this asymmetry placement.

--- R. Than/D. Phillips showed us the two possible cryogenic paths for the low-current/high-current test.  The placement of the Magnet depends on other people also wanting to
use the same space nearby.  Bob Lambiase also mentioned that the dump resistor (and even the power supply) may take up some space that D. Phillips has not included.
D. Phillips has just checked that in 1008, the (concerned) distance between the power supply in 1008B and the magnet valve box in the 1008-IR is roughly ~175 feet.
