Kin had a meeting with Ed Lessard.
To proceed with leak check at 81 psig we would require the following:

ANSALDO Paperwork that says what the design pressure is. I think I did see a 
pressure test form when I browsed through the binders.
I will browse through the binders tomorrow morning.
Reliefs for the helium supply side.
Relief plate on the vacuum vessel.
Review with safety committee members Ed Lessard, Tuozzolo, Gaffney, and me.
