Dear Paul et. al.,

This morning, S. Dimaiuta, H. Hocker, W. Czekaj, D. Phillips and myself gathered at P. Cirnigliaro's office and signed off on the work permit
(green sheet) for the hypot test. We even walked down to the sPHENIX magnet site to take another look.

So, now, we're ready for the vacuum setup to be done for hypot test.
