Hi,

1) Pleases send Dave Phillips any comments to the "sPHENIX Magnet Test Schedule" (that he sent you two weeks ago)
by tomorrow !

2) I've heard from Ray Celuti that they'll be down in 912 tomorrow morning to set up for vacuum and hypot testing.

3) M. Anerella and his colleagues in SMD will also finish installing the relief valves by the end of tomorrow, as they've just promised.
And therefore, I've just contacted Ed et. al. to schedule a "walk down" by the 4-member subcommittee of PCSS to check
on the relief valves in preparation for the leak-check/pressure test.  We've just agreed on the time of Apr. 7 (next Tue.)
at 9 am.

Attached is the first pass at the schedule for Low & High Power test of the sPhenix magnet.

Please take a look at the schedule and for the items which you are assigned “Manager” provide a resource loaded schedule.

Highlight any changes you make and return the schedule to me by the end of the day Friday (3/20).

Feel free to add sub-tasks as required.

Add purchases in the fixed cost column.

Add any comments in the “Notes” column.

Add resources as required (highlight any you add or modify), we are trying to assign names for physicists and engineers and groups for technicians.

For now a $ rate has been assigned to most resources, this may change in the future.

If you don’t use MS Project, contact me and we can go through it together.

Please use version: “MS Project Standard 10”.
