sPHENIX discussion of the superconducting solenoid

Dear Superconducting Magnet Division (SMD) staff and others,

Last week, when the acceptance/inspection works were completed, all the 3 work permits were taken away.  The two specific ones (hypot test
and pressure test) were given back to Peter Cirniglaro appropriately.  But the generic work permit for SMD should remain in Bldg. 912.

I've just chased that generic work permit ("Work PLAN for sPHENIX Magnet ....") down from somebody in SMD and brought it
back to Bldg. 912.  I've placed the white folder (containing the permit) in the circular portion of the magnet, like before.

If you or you bring any SMD staff to do simple sPHENIX work there (like cleaning, checking connections etc.) who haven't signed, please do sign\
or ask them to sign --- just once a year  and  the folder should remain in Bldg. 912 near the magnet.    ( So far, 6 people have signed. )
