--- I’ve deleted  “Babar Solenoid 2.pdf” after comparing that they’re the same thing.  ( I wonder why you didn’t

delete it yourself. )

--- I’ve moved “2.4 Gauges and Instrument Connections”. 

to the obvious location :

“Volume 2 DESCRIPTION OF COMPONENTS\2.4 GAUGES AND INSTRUMENT CONNECTIONS”

--- I’ve renamed the two files to just what you said :

 

“Alignment, Support Rods, Fields and Forces, Reservoir & Vacuum System.pdf”

“Stress Analysis, Seismic Analysis, Quench Heating & Layout.pdf”

 

and placed under :

 

“5 DESIGN AND QUALITY CONTROL REPORT”  ( which seems the most appropriate to me though they are not in the

original index).

Kin,

 

I have added three more binders into the c-adnas server. They are:

 

1. "Babar Solenoid Stress Analysis, Seismic Analysis, Quench Heating & Layout”.  Note: This file appears twice (I accidentally added the redundant file) in the server as “solenoid” and “solenoid 2”. Please delete the redundant “solenoid 2” file.
2. "Babar Solenoid Alignment, support Rods, Fields and Forces, Reservoir, and Vacuum System” This appears as PDF file “Alignment, Support Rods”.
3. “2.4 Gauges and Instrument Connections”. 

 

I reviewed all 70  master “as-built” drawings against the original Ansaldo drawing index. These drawings are now carefully being scanned by Copy Services. They should be completed by early next week. I’ll then copy them to the server.

 

Reviewers who come to the PHENIX office trailer will notice that the scanned binders are clearly marked.
