[ Agenda page: https://indico.bnl.gov/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=1205 ]

Summary of important matters (in my opinion/that I've remembered/written down) :

1) We've looked at the Schedule (which at the moment is : https://collab.external.bnl.gov/sites/sPHENIX-Magnet/Shared%20Documents/Magnet%20Test%20Schedule%20Rev%205-29-2015-Rev%202.mpp
but in general, I put the most updated version (that I have) in the "shared documents" page: https://collab.external.bnl.gov/sites/sPHENIX-Magnet/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx ), one important
date is June 23, 2015 that we'd like to rotate the Magnet/junction box.  At the end of this meeting, this date still seems possible.

2) I've reported that we have some action items from the PCSS review (where we've got unanimous approval) which mostly are calculations plus some work planning etc.
We should be able to find most calculations from the old documents but I've asked Jon Sandberg to help us calculate how much energy can be released at a single point
from the arc flash.   In the meeting, Joe Muratore has also agreed to help us calculate this.

3) I've re-iterated the connection responsibility (temperature etc. go to the Cryo group, diff. voltages/strain gauges etc. go to Piyush's system and vacuum readings may be shared)
and Paul Giannotti is our "connection/distribution Czar" who is responsible for making sure that our connections are correct/good.

4) Paul Giannotti reported that out of all the connections in the junction box (~doghouse), only MT07 connections are bad and seem to be grounded to the cryostat metal (Aluminium).

4.1) Paul was given a "stop work" order from Pat Sullivan this morning not to not work on top of shield blocks.   D. Phillips has agreed to find a solution as soon as possible.
I'm not sure about the solution at the time of writing.

5) There were quite some discussion about whether we should change all the connectors before and after Paul Giannotti arrived (from his dental appointment) :-)  More people
may go to look at the connections but we probably don't want to change the connectors (mostly D-connectors) if they are good.  Paul said that there were some connectors in the
Valvebox which seemed rusty that might need replacement.  Piyush Joshi said he'll go with Sonny Dimaiuta (and Paul if he can find Paul) tomorrow morning to go check
on the connection.

6) D. Phillips also asked about the position of magnet in the high-field test.  We've decided to use the center of cryostat as the center for the steel shielding (which also means
that the coil is off almost ~30 mm --- https://collab.external.bnl.gov/sites/sPHENIX-Magnet/SitePages/Parameters.aspx ).   This is the default in all the sPHENIX drawings anyway.
