Hi, Yesterday, in the minutes that I mentioned "stop work". After I discussed with Pat Sullivan, I've understood that he didn't actually issue a formal "stop work" order (otherwise, it'd take some procedure/paperworks to start work again). He said: "The current work setup required the worker to step off the scaffold onto the shieldblock supports. This is not in compliance with the fall protection standards so the work could not continue until the work setup was corrected." D. Phillips have found a scissor manlift and apparently, Paul Giannotti, Pat Sullivan et. al. are happy with it ... People who need to use the scissor manlift are taking or going to take training to use it ... Kin |
