1. The Cryo group is in contact with the He modification company and everything seems to be on track for the original schedule
(to delivered around early Nov.).

2. During last week's pressure test, we've found a leak in the internal helium line (i.e. leaking helium into the insulating vacuum).
Ray Ceruti explained to us the leak in the "electrical insulator of 10 mm helium line" that he's found after opening one side of the
Valve Box door. He's checked the other electrical insulator and it didn't leak. ( Inside the Valve Box, the Cryo group said that there
should be 4 of those, 2 on each side. Ray only noticed 2. )

This is likely the leak that BaBar has complained about during their operation. Ray said that the parts that he's ordered may
arrive as early as today or so. Hopefully, next week or so, we'll be able to fix it and close everything up and do the test again.
We need to modify the work plan as we need to do the welding etc.

3. Paul Giannotti explained to us about the missing connectors for the voltage taps. There are three 5-pin sockets (J10, J11 and J12)
on a flange/panel of the Valve Box. We're worried about how to seal the new sockets/connections if we're going to replace the
sockets/connections or drill holes on that panel etc. The easiest solution is to find the connectors ! Paul et. al. are looking for
those connectors and thinking about what to do (which has to be done before Nov. ) and there is no formal plan yet at the time
of writing or as far as I know.

4. We've got a draft plan for the low-field test (written by Joe Muratore). Mike Annerella has agreed to produce another "Traveller"
with the draft plan included.

5. Ed O'Brien said that we could start purchasing materials etc. for the "extension" (connecting the junction box and the chimney).
