Hi,

After the PCSS review, we have had 13 action items. So far, we've performed 3. Since our schedule is delayed (and
at least a few of those action items can be done only after the installation/set-up have been completed), the deadlines
in the ATS (Assessement Tracking System) for the 10 items have been extended to Dec. 31, 2015. I list the items below.
