1. Ray Ceruti showed us where the leak exactly is in the picture that he sent :

https://collab.external.bnl.gov/sites/sPHENIX-Magnet/Pictures/Valve%20box%20Leak%20Check/Small%20leak%20in%20the%20upper%20elbow%20joint%20(1).jpg

He's cleaned up and soft-soldered around the leak.   He felt that it's been more or less fixed.  He'll try to do the pressure test again with Mike Gaffney as early as tomorrow if everything goes well.    Mike Anerella commented that from the pictures (around the leak) that he's seen, Ansaldo and/or SLAC have been struggling
with those pipes in the past (as the cuts and seals there etc. show us).   Mike further commented that if the above work still doesn't fix the problem to an
acceptable level, he's got a more aggressive solution to take the entire pipe out to fix it; hopefully we don't need to do this :-)

2. I mentioned that I've got comments from R. Than and B. Lambiase and I'll need to further collect a bit more from B. Lambiase, P. Rosas and D. Phillips to
finish modifying the Project files (for Cost and Schedule) that J. Mills has first distributed.

3. We've discussed the situation that the scenario of ERL laser replacement in Jan. 2016.  It's felt that though Jan. might not be a disaster, it's probably
better to try to push for an earlier date as soon as we have a firm delivery date for the modified pipeline.   Otherwise, the date might keep slipping.
Roberto Than stated that they will have enough personnel to work on the field joint and low-field test even in Jan. when RHIC started (though John Haggerty
commented that the PHENIX guys need to deal with the run).   Roberto has also confirmed that his 8 days for the field-joint (excluding the safety walkthrough)
is ~irreducible.

{ After the meeting, I went to chat with Wencan Xu and his estimate now is that they'll
do the laser replacement in the coming X'mas and may be down for a month, as their parts will arrive in Nov.  We shall see ...}

We also had a little chat whether it's possible for Piyush to build a new chassis specially for the magnet tests.  P. Wanderer told us there is probably
no funding (in NPP) --- mainly in terms of labor cost --- to build another chassis
.

4.  A. Franz showed us his two possible sets of equipment to measure magnetic.  One is the LakeView 3D probe but the problem is that the length (6') is not
enough.  The other choice that he's working on is the Keithley 2000 DMM and 7002 switch that they've used in 2003 in PHENIX.  At the moment, he tried to
get the readout system and as many probes as possible to work.
