Hi Paul,

Xu Wencan (ERL) just told me that it looks like that the schedule for the ERL solenoid replacement may, in a rare occurrence,
move forward such that they may want to do the solenoid replacement on Nov. 10 (instead of Nov. 14 that he said earlier or
what he predicted one-week delay).

I hope the folks in Chicago will really ship out their modified pipe on Nov. 6 ? Otherwise, we may miss the golden window !!
{ I guess if it's 1 day or so, we may beg them to delay for a day ... but not too long. }
