Thanks to everyone who contributed to the preConceptual Design Report, the final version of the document is now on the November 9-10 review Indico page:

This document reflects a lot of work and thinking by the collaboration and will undoubtedly provide a good foundation for the next steps in the effort to design a second generation detector at RHIC. Leonardo da Vinci allegedly said that art is never finished, it is only abandoned, and certainly we could do more, write more, analyze more, but I think this is a good point to step back and review how far we've come and what we need to do next.
