Brief Summary of today's (Jan. 13, 2016) meeting in the 902 conference (~1:30 pm to 2:30 pm) is as follows :

1.  Paul Giannotti (and Frank Toldo) have done the strain gauge re-assembly work and so this part doesn't prevent the doghouse (=junction box)
from being closed by Ray Ceruti.  Ray would communicate with the Cryo group (Tom Tallerico et. al.) and he'll do the closing early next week.

2. The cryo group is still testing the sensor etc. and Ray would also talk with them before he closes the Valvebox next week.

3. Some Cryo group workers have been pulled to do the CeC work and so some small pipelines have been connected yet, which is necessary
before the overall pressure test can be done.

4. Concerning the CK-04 (directing flow from reliefs away from personnel), I understand from Roberto that the Cryo group would put up some
structure which hopefully the safety group would approve.

5.  We'll still need to do the work permit (D. Phillips and Mel Van Essendelft) and Dave also needs to put up a barrier (like a rope) to prevent access
to the power supply of the valvebox.

6. Nobody has voiced any changes to the two Travelers.

7. I have requested a safety walkthrough on Jan. 22, 2016 (in the morning) and hopefully Deepak et. al. will agree on the date.

8. We've discussed various issues for the Full-field test.  Jon Hock is restarting his calculation for the sPHENIX design with ANSYS starting
from calculating the magnetic field/force.   We agree that we'll try to see whether we can get help from calculating the field/force for Jon's
new design of the Full-field test.  I understand that Jon has contacted the expert and is giving him the necessary design information.

It's said that we can in principle start some work on the base for the full-field test return yoke construction.   If we plan to do the full-field
test later this year (late Fall), we'd better start soon.

9. Roberto told us that some time this week T. Roser, Stephanie LaMontagne and Wolfram Fischer will decide on whether C-AD wants and pays
for the movable refrigerator and compressor from BaBar/SLAC.   I have learnt from Roberto that he intends to place one compressor (of 100g/s
and 800 horsepower) in 8 o'clock and two compressors (each at 50 g/s and 400 horsepower) at 2 o'clock.   Some additional infrastructure to
accommodate using the refrigerator  and compressor may be needed to add.

10. We'll have the same meeting next week to look at our readiness/schedule for the cool-down/low-field test again.

11.  We're checking the extension work and since Paul Kovach and others were not in the meeting, we didn't have an answer yet.
