sPHENIX discussion of the superconducting solenoid

1.  Joe Muratore is the person who will oversee the low-field test, ie. starting to raise the current to 100 A, looking at the magnet performance  and
    deciding to go to a higher rate etc.

2.  Email from Rich Meier and from what Roberto told us from Leonard Masi (Rich's supervisor)    that  we can close BOTH the doghouse and
    valvebox as the sensor work has been complete.    Ray is closing up the doghouse today (and should be done with closing up the doghouse today).

3.  Roberto sent an email before the meeting:

"I have an issue I overlooked with the SRFgun removal.

I cannot cut the cryolines anytime, my helium lines have double valve isolation, but the main feed LN2 to the cryo plant share the same insulating vacuum on the ERL side supply cryo lines, so I have to cut the cryo lines and cap the insulating vacuum right away so we can operate the plant, that way we will not have to interrupt sPHENIX side any further."

The Cryo group will do this next week, which requires welding as well. 

4.  This as well as other piping works and the control system checkout (that Pat is still busy with RHIC/CeC) has forced us to delay the starting date of cool-down
     to   Feb. 3, 2016.     ( A pressure test is also needed after the piping work is all finished. )

5.   We've also asked to schedule our safety walkthrough to Jan. 29 (instead of Jan. 22). 

6.  A work permit is being prepared by Mel Van Essendelft.  

7.  The paperworks for the Cryo extension seems to be ready to be signed (on Mike Anerella's hand).

8.  We've also talked about having a smaller meeting to discuss the magnetic field/force calculation work done by Jon Hock.
