Hi,

When Piyush and I walked out of Bldg. 912 almost at 6 pm, Rich Meier was still working with his connections
and we saw Leonard Masi earlier ...

We've rebooted our two computers for those Windows updates (to prevent those updates to do any damage).
I logged in as "BNL\kinyip" in the PC for the strain gauge measurements (so that I can change things when
Piyush is away) and started the Labview program.   The other PC in the DAQ/Quench protection rack was
logged in by Piyush but I've tested the "transparent screen saver" such that I could login successfully under
that "saver mode".    That DAQ/Quench protection system/PC has run from last Friday night to this evening
without "quenching" (or detecting any quench) :-)   Both DAQ PC's are now taking data again  every 15 minutes.

And thanks Pat for an email update this morning and we may get another one this evening ...

The wheel is certainly turning every day and the Cryo folks are working hard for us ... but I'm still not sure how many
tasks/obstacles that we may need to tackle/overcome before the cool-down can happen ....

Hi Roberto,

I have a few more updates to do before I move the application onto the server for sPhenix.  I check into my hotel later today and will complete the updates this evening.  I’ll send another message when I’m finished.
