Hi,

I've just talked with Ed Lessard (the chairman of the Pressure & Cryogenic Safety Subcommittee) and he says that
as long as we're using the pipelines under the maximum pressure that the last PCSS review has approved for, we don't
need to have another PCSS review (for our High-Field Test).
