Agenda / powerpoint :  https://indico.bnl.gov/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=2099

(1) We've discussed about the return yoke works as mentioned in the agenda powerpoint.  In addition, D. Phillips told us that we're trying to
learn to use the driller to drill holes and there are additional bases need to be installed on both sides of the base that has been installed now :

(2) P. Giannotti showed the BaBar literature he's found from loose (BaBar) notes kept the PHENIX trailer :
"Power Supply & Controls"  Dump Resistor Connections.pdf

The experts (C. Schultheiss, D. Phillips, P. Joshi and P. Giannotti) have had some interesting discussion about the dump resistors and the cables
connecting to the power supply.   In the meeting, D. Phillips told us that  he'd design the "flags" so that ~12 cables would attach to each
of the +/- power leads on the platform.

(3) A bit surprisingly (to me), after further investigation (thanks !), Zeynep has reported that the existing ADC board that may not have enough bits to
deal with the required data (for temperature correction etc.).  [  I was surprised because they seemed to think that existing board should be good enough a week
ago or so. ]   We may need the help of Winston Pekrul to write some interface which may take 2 months.

We'll have a small separate meeting to discuss about this (Carl is orgazing it).

(4) People are wondering again whether the strain gauges are useful.   But at least, we may use them relatively such that they go back to the strain values
that they should be at certain particular current etc.   Joe Muratore has agreed to look for some limits etc. so that we write them down in our Traveler/instructions
for the High-Field test.

(5) J. Mills asked about the schedule.  D. Phillips still haven't quite finished doing his schedule for building the return yoke (though he said he'd started) so that
he couldn't tell us yet.

(6) Since I'll be in a conference in Elba Island in Italy the week on June 1, 2016, I've proposed that the next meeting will be on June 8, 2016,
3 weeks from today.  Nobody seemed to object to it and Jim seemed to like it so that this Magnet meeting will be in alternative week from his
Engineering meeting.
