sPHENIX discussion of the superconducting solenoid

Hello,

Though trivial,  I'd just like to write it down before I forget.   From John Hock (again), he told me yesterday and today that the machining company Strecks
yesterday came in early (they called John at 6 am) to take the steels, with 3 trucks.   2 trucks went to Bldg. 912 to take 2 pieces of steels there and one truck
went to Bldg. 1004 to take the remaining piece.

The roof of the Flux Return for our High-Field Test has 6 pieces of steels in total and only 3 need to be machined/cut by Strecks.   John said that the Strecks
will send those 3 back in a couple of weeks. 

Talking with D. Phillips and J. Hock, we do need one piece of the roof steel to be installed before we can complete installing the platform (sandwiching the ValveBox). 
And that piece of roof steel (which will be below the platform eventually) is one of the 3 pieces that Strecks are going to machine/cut for us.   Since the roof is to be
done at the last stage and the machining will be done in a couple of weeks, this won't be a factor in our schedule at all.   The critical path is the bottom 4 pieces of
brackets/Jack Supports.
