sPHENIX discussion of the superconducting solenoid

Hi,

Attached is the PDF schedule of the Facility & Expt. Support Group for next week.   Since we got the RFQ# only late Tuesday afternoon and Jon Hock
communicated with the Central Shop this Wed. (Sept. 20) to make the Al cradle as soon as possible, the Central Shop told us that we may get it on Wed.
So, in the above schedule and in the best scenario, we'll get the Al cradle on Wednesday and we assemble them on Thursday and then raise the Magnet (again) on
Friday.   [  Jon Hock has an operation next Wed. and I believe he won't be around to see the Magnet raise next Friday. ]

From the PDF schedule, you can see also the scheduling for carpenters for "Handrail and stairs" every day next week.  Nevertheless, that's only a desire/plan/hope
or "on a best-effort basis".  The same thing was scheduled for this week but we don't really get carpenters to work for us every day this week (eg. today, we don't
seem to have carpenters), for different reasons :-(

Richard Meier this morning has removed the cable which seems to be in the way of people walking up the lower staircase.

PK/Dennis are waiting for Dave Phillips to draw the cable-tray layout so that we can install the cable tray (which would help Richard to route his cable, too).
