Hi Ray,

Dave Phillips (in today's "Friday morning's scheduling meeting") has scheduled to install the Valvebox next Friday, are you OK with this ??
Could you please let us know ?

It's scheduled to raise the Magnet next Monday (Oct. 2) and hopefully the carpenters will finish working on all the staircase/platform by Friday.

For John Haggerty: Paul and I saw carpenters after you left. Though the crane has some problem that may not be used now, the carpenters have
got instructions/guidance from Dave to have enough to work on the staircase/platform in the meantime.
