This morning, after releasing the pressure from all the jacks, the distortion or malformation of the Cryostat seems to be resolved.   Matt Ilardo (who
was the guy who sent us the report every time) was there in the morning so that we could know the alignment at the spot.  One target that
was like 0.1 inch deviated (from before) was reading now only 0.010-0.015 inch, kind of in the noise.

Attached is Matt's report and I'd just look at the table at the bottom of the PDF (Matt was just next to my desk giving me the tutorial :-) 

The vertical coordinate (Z in Matt's cooridinate system) is now 0.4008" compared to 10.7035 mm or 0.421" last time (last time of raising Magnet),
ie. now is a tiny bit lower than before, which would give rise to tiny bit less Magnetic (upwards) Force than what I estimated before.  
This is all good and resolved.


Unfortunately, the F/O carpenters don't show up today and it turns out that they want to have a safety review etc.   Dave Phillips has decided not to engage
with them any more.  We're hoping to have C-AD carpenters (who may work faster) tomorrow; if not, on Thursday ...

But at this point, not sure how much OverTime we may get, it doesn't look good that we can install Valvebox on Friday :-(

Attached is the report for the location of the Magnet. The First is the location today compared with the ideal location set 0.420 high. The second is the location today compared with the ideal center of the steel.
