sPHENIX discussion of the superconducting solenoid

That's reassuring.

I wonder if we could get ahead of the presently planned schedule by 
getting some of the trade work (electricians, carpenters) done "soon" so 
that the power supply and controls could be exercised well in advance of 
when we need them.

Do we need to review it so that work could go forward?
