Subject: September Status report for 2.X

    Hi all,
      The monthly status report for the sPHENIX 2.X is attached.
     It came out well. Thank you for your contributions. For future
     reports I'll ask each L2 Manager to contribute a figure as appropriate
     but it wasn't necessary for this month's report.

     By the way, in case you are wondering, this is the September report
     because the financial figures are from the September close. There
is always
     a few week lag between the end of the month and the production
     of the Cost Performance Report for that month due to the statusing
     process and the analysis.
