Hi,

Thanks Paul for replying so promptly so that I can sleep better tonight. 

I happened to be in 1008 and so I just went to 1005 and talked with Cryo colleagues and located this heat shield restraint near Kenny's desk.

I hope you don't mind and we have discussed that we want to store it in 1008.

I took it and placed it safely in Frank Toldo's dedicated cabinet in 1008 trailer.  I attach a picture showing it with other stuff.  We don't need it until we are going to ship the Magnet to 1008.  In the meantime, Cryo group can keep using that Relief Valve as shown in Dave's picture.

Hi,

I am at the 912.  That heat shield restraint has disappeared !  Since Frank is sick today, so I come to take the heat shield restraint.  But it's gone.

I went to 1008 trailer and didn't find it either.

Can the person who take it please reply ?

I just talked to Paul and we don’t need that restraint until the Magnet is to be moved.  And they need to do this purging again in a few months.

 

So, if Frank doesn’t pick it up soon, I’ll pick it up myself and deliver to Frank.

Frank,

 

One of the heat shield restraints was removed when a pressure relief was installed in the sPHENIX Cryostat.

The restraint is now sitting in the bore of the cryostat, can you store it for safe keeping, it will need to be reinstalled before the cryostat is moved.
