Hi,

The website that I’ve established for sPHENIX Magnet uses SharePoint 2010 : https://collab.external.bnl.gov/sites/sPHENIX-Magnet/SitePages/Home.aspx .

David Biersach (ITD) told me that Microsoft is stopping supporting that old SharePoint site (format). And so the old site has to be moved and so it’s been

moved to the new SharePoint subsite :

https://brookhavenlab.sharepoint.com/sites/sPHENIXMagnet/External/

One “bad” thing is that the old site is viewable by anybody in the world. The newer site is viewable only by anybody in BNL (with Microsoft account).

For outsiders, we can “invite” him/her and then the new site will be viewable by him/her, but it’s not automatic. S/he needs to have a Microsoft account in order

to view in any case.

If you find anything that’s in the old site but not in the new site, please let me know.

I will only update the new site now as the old site will be deleted soon.
