Not sure whether you plan on doing so …

 

When you replace the 3 sets of restraint plates with unistrut bars ( and  “RELIEF VALVE” ) with the 4 Al covers (with linear pots) in your office,  please also remember to replace

the two sets of restraints/unistrut-bars at the top of the magnet on both south and north sides.

 

Otherwise, there will be serious vacuum leak when Cryo runs the magnet (with He/N2).

 

3 details (I’ve just figured out in my brain) :

 

(i)                  The “RELIEF VALVE” --- now in the place of Al-cover-with-linear-pot  ---  should go back to the top (now occupied by the restraint/Unistrut) next to the Magnet Doghouse as shown in the photo (Magnet.JPG).

You can kind of see the words “RELIEF VALVE” (near the Doghouse) if you magnify.

 

(ii)                You’ve got another Al-cover (let me call it X) in the Valve-box cabinet in the 1008 trailer, on a shelf near the top, together with other stuff.   I’ve placed the two spare Al-covers from Ray Ceruti on the shelf below that shelf (with that one Al cover.  )    Just to be safe, you should use Al-cover X  to replace the restraint/unistrut.

 

(iii)               Finally, there are two Unistrut-bars next to where “RELIEF VALVE” currently is.  Please also remove them as well.  

( Those should be originally for the restraint --- which now sits in your Valve box cabinet in 1008 trailer ---  but Ray or others replacedit with

 

You may put all those restraint/Unistrut back to the Valve box cabinet in 1008 trailer.

 

I’m sorry for all these details … they may be obvious ☹ 😊
