sPHENIX discussion of the superconducting solenoid

Hello All,

Carl Schultheiss, Ray Ceruti, Chris Runyan and I just had a meeting at 
10-10:30 am to discuss the sequence of works to be done when the Magnet 
Valvebox is transported to the floor of 1008 (from 912).  Fred Kobasiuk 
kind of promised a slightly lower "stand" for the Valvebox than it's 
currently in 912 (so that it may be easier to do some little work).

The sequence of works need to be done is as follows :

-- near the end of the transport process (from 912 to 1008), Ray Ceruti 
will be there to take off the "can" covering the chimney of
the Valvebox

-- Ray will take off the restraints from the Valvebox

-- Carl will do the "hipot" on the Valvebox

-- Ray will work on putting back the heat-shield on one side of the 
Valvebox that's not accessible on the platform

-- With help from Frank Toldo's crew, Ray will direct to close one side 
of the Valvebox door (that's inaccessible on the platform)

-- Carl may/will do "hipot" again


As of now, we don't have a date for that transport yet.
