Dear Carl Schultheiss, Pablo Rosas and Paul Orfin,

As people requested, I have just modified the high-field test plan (by Joe Muratore) and put in the things that I’ve been aware or requested (like prerequisites) :

( I change the ramp rate to 1A/s and the max. at 4596 A. )

Please feel free to edit and modify if you find something wrong or something you don’t like. I refer the Cryo procedure to the Roberto’s Cryo OPM.
