Hello,

As the email below, Joel's team has had connections for the pole-tip door 
from 1008B to the two south/north ends of 1008-IR (where he's got a box on 
each end).   What still needs to be done the connection between
the north/south ends to the actual limit switch on the pole-tip door (which 
can only be done after the entire carriage is rolled into the IR, hopefully 
next week).     [ Originally, Joel planned to use part of the cables 
designated
for the crash button after I told him that a lot of the cable length is 
left/unused on the 1008-IR floor, though we haven't cut it.   But at the end, 
Joel used his own cable anyway.   ]

I took the picture attached, when Tim Costanzo showed me where the crash 
button signal wires are connected to the PLC of the Magnet Power Supply in 
1008B mezzanine.   ( "CRASH" was misspelled to "CHASH". )
We just need to finish connecting the other ends (above platform, 
IR-entrance-door and control room, the last of which was almost done).

We finished running the cables in the IR last night.
We will be doing the connections next week.
