Subject: [Sphenix-magnet-l] CRYOGENICS SYSTEM TESTING

 

Status update:

We just finished testing this afternoon.

We got to 4.6K and have established liquid level in the solenoid.

Got the SC level probes to work.

We had an issue with the fill valve to the reservoir jamming up.

We are preventing the valve from closing completely for now.

Left to test are the interlocks and permissive for the power supply.

The ramp up of current and the current lead mass flow controllers.
