Is the voltage-tap cable up against the helium supply line

to the gas-cooled leads? If so that’s not very good.

Hello,

 

Not sure whether everybody us aware (see picture attached) :

 

(1) we expanded the box covering the current leads;

 

(2) Chintan et. al. (Cryo) has added a tube with holes at the bottom blowing compressed (dry due to filter) to the fan.  The power to the fan was unplugged and the fan rotates due to the dry air blown.  It seems to work well to me.  At least, the moisture was not around the small helium pipes (with ceramic breaks).

 

The picture that I took was taken by me 15 minutes ago or so.
