HI Hao-Ren,

Very nice progress! I have a few comments and suggestions:

 

1. Data: 

for future records better mention the way data were recorded:

• they were taken from 6/27 runs, and sensor auto-recovery was not in operation, thus a sensor remained off once it dropped off from the readout due to high beam backgrounds;
• a unique sPHENIX global BCO number was assigned to a strove at the beginning of this strobe from the GTM/GL1, and this   

 

2. Analysis: show the units of the variables |Delta_Z_cut| = 0.1 cm[?], |Delta_Phi_Cut| = 0.03 Rad[?]
3. Suggestions :

• We know the L0 got most backgrounds, and less in L1 and L2, have you checked the PV with L1 and L2 hits?
• Check the PV_z difference determined from two halves

Dear all,

 

I have uploaded an internal note on the MVTX tracklets vertex reconstruction in the initial Au+Au data to Invenio: https://sphenix-invenio.sdcc.bnl.gov/communities/sphenixcommunity/requests/012b5364-bcca-4f29-8bc4-ac37e79941c0.

The note includes plots using data (Fig.5 and 6) that I will use in my QM poster and present in the final plot approval next Wednesday.
