Hi Greg,

Very nice work! One small question, I noticed the misalignment is much bigger than we thought, I remember during the assembling, there was a small gap (page 27, page 49 in the assembling log) between each layer in the z-direction, with a scale of mm level I believe. This might not be applied in the ideal model, is it possible this becomes the leading-order source for this misalignment?
