Hello INTT and MVTX experts (cc John  L, Joe),

I have a couple of important requests for this week.    I hope you  can discuss them at your early morning meetings this week and report at the SCM.

* (MVTX) - We need the SOR to be run-able from the operator1 computer at the begin run and end of run.    I would like this in place by Friday this week.     It can be an ssh into your machine and then call; however, you make it work.

* (INTT) - I would like the streaming test run today and a report at the SCM.    I would like the goal to be having this running as the default  by Friday this week.     We only have to  verify the BCO check against GL1 triggers to keep that running.

* (INTT + MVTX) - the calorimeter groups have their expert each day checking QA plots from the production DSTs.
I would like each of your groups (if you do not have it already) to do the same.     This should include the BCO checks that have been discussed (I hope we see results at today's SCM with Martin's new API for the INTT).    It should also have histograms of the number of hits, number of tracks, tracks between INTT &  MVTX and collision vertex information.       It has been a long time since we have seen the first look at x,y,z vertex from the MVTX.      Then we can compare how these look run-by-run.

Moving forward, I would like to see these QA plots for each Tuesday and Friday at the SCM.      This is a high priority - shift people-power as needed.     ML work should be deferred until this is done.

I am glad to clarify any of the above issues as useful.

Sincerely,

Jamie
