Dear spin polarized pp, pA, and EIC enthusiasts,

we are excited to start the Cold QCD Topical Group that will address all of these intriguing topics within sPHENIX!

First, let's find a meeting time that is most convenient for all of us. If you are interested in attending, please fill in the Doodle poll at

Please note:

* All times are Eastern Daylight Time (i.e. BNL Time)

* Each option is for a 30-minute slot- we need to find two good consecutive slots for a 1-h meeting

* We would like to have the first meeting in the week of September 5, which happens to be Labor Day. Please select meeting times based of your general availability, and not just that specific week.

We are in the process of setting up a new mailing list for this topical group.
