Dear all,

the Doodle poll to find a time for our Cold QCD Topical Group meeting is still open. We will close it Thursday evening. If you are interested in polarized pp, pA, spin, and EIC physics with sPHENIX, please fill in the poll and join the meeting. If none of those times works for you, please show your interest by putting your name in the poll without selecting a time slot.

Best,
Nils

Dear spin polarized pp, pA, and EIC enthusiasts,

we are excited to start the Cold QCD Topical Group that will address all of these intriguing topics within sPHENIX!

First, let's find a meeting time that is most convenient for all of us. If you are interested in attending, please fill in the Doodle poll at

Please note:
* All times are Eastern Daylight Time (i.e. BNL Time)
* Each option is for a 30-minute slot- we need to find two good consecutive slots for a 1-h meeting
* We would like to have the first meeting in the week of September 5, which happens to be Labor Day. Please select meeting times based of your general availability, and not just that specific week.

We are in the process of setting up a new mailing list for this topical group.

The Wiki page for this topical group is evolving at

We hope to see many of you at our first meeting!

Best,
Nils & Christine
