Hi Tony,
Thanks a lot for sharing the nice Ks studies. By comparing the inclusive D (shared by Cameron), inclusive Ks (your slides) and the D0-jet simulation studies, I agree the drop at eta around 0 should not be caused by the track inefficiency. I'm looking into the cut selections for the D0 and jet reconstruction and will report what I will find.

Dear All,
Following today's discussions, I checked the kinematic coverage
of
the D0 and jet at truth and reconstruction level in the D0-jet p+p
simulation. There are no efficiency drop at the truth level. But we
see
clear acceptance drop at eta=0 for both reconstructed D0s and jets.
Please see the distributions in the attachment. I applied a mass cut
at
2 GeV/c^2 on the jet reconstruction. I will check the distributions
after removing this cut.
Further suggestions and feedback are very welcome!
