- waiting for approval to operate from Mike Clancy and BHSO
- one we have approval:  4 h access for nitrogen
- 24 - 48 h into approval:  4 h access for operating gas

timeline towards first collisions in sPHENIX
- get to store tonight
- rebucketing tomorrow (Tu) evening
- STAR timing in Wednesday night (56 bunches)
- Thursday morning (moved up one day): beginning of sPHENIX commissioning 
with 6 bunches
