- get MBD-based LL1 trigger and time in MBD overnight

evening (Sasha)
- quiet shift

- lost restricted access early on

- sweep team found tools, retrieved

  - there was ongoing work

  - miscommunication between technicians, experiment, C-AD

  - addressed today

- 5:00pm no access

- 10pm beam in both beams

- kept until the end of the shift

 

night (Brett)

- pretty quiet

- one HCal trip 

- first collisions in sPHENIX

Day (Ben)

- a lot of access

- keeping track of who’s going in and coming out

MBD (Abdul)

- ready to time in

HCAL (Oliver

- one tripped channel last night

- 3rd trip since Monday

- today’s tripped channel included in both previous trips

- raised trip currents and current limits

- cause not know

EMCal (Sean)
- recovering channels by swapping cables

TPOT (Hugo)

- running with RCDAQ for five hours, stable

- wating for gas

TPC (Takao)
- John and Jin worked overnight, bandwidth wider, 224 samples can be read out

- now can read one full drift length

- yesterday’s mystery regarding switched off TPC/TPOT racks solved

  - technician accidentally tripped breaker for 24 V PLC system

INTT (Rachid)

- big partition test tomorrow with Martin

- issue with too few events in online monitoring, investigating

- waiting for nitrogen for commissioning 

MVTX (Cameron)

- decoder work with Martin and experts

- new line from remote IO system to read out mainframe

  - will finish with another access

- Yasser:  coordinate to check T with INTT

- Rachid:  blower status?:  Chris will talk to Rob Pisani

sEPD nothing

DAQ (Martin)

- last night finished work on GL1 read-out

  - new machine in place

  - decoder in place

  - will be run with everything else tonight

Trigger (Dan)
- MBD ADC firmware has been updated for timing and charge channels

- upcoming dry run for LL1 and GL1 so we can work on timing in MBD and MBD trigger so be ready ready for beam


ZDC (John)

- ZDC worked last night

- plan to look at analog signals

-
