Matt Ilardo of the CAD survey group shared a compendium of sPHENIX survey data with Jim Mills, and I have posted it here:

I have seen the survey results displayed and it's very slick, but I have not been able to click through it myself--included in that zip file is a Windows executable needed to view the data, perhaps someone could take a look and see if they can work with it.
