Commissioning and running of sPHENIX

Anne and Dennis recently sent around an outline and Overleaf framework 
for a commissioning document we plan to submit to the PAC on August 18, 
2023.  Note that a draft is meant to be circulated to the collaboration 
on Friday, August 11.

To complete the preparation for that, we would like to have a final push 
presenting the document and making corrections to it on on 
Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday August 14-15-16.

It's not perfect or final--and please do *not* restrict contributions to 
the individuals who appear on this version of the agenda!

- Monday is a pre-meeting to organize our work for the week
- Tuesday is infrastructure systems and calorimeters
- Wednesday is tracking

This workfest is meant to *complete* the commissioning document, not 
begin it, so please collect drawings, plots, and figures as soon as 
possible (the draft document is meant to go to the collaboration about a 
week from now).
