Commissioning and running of sPHENIX

Dear Ming,

For clarification, these runs were taken by the shift crew, and they are 
parts of sPHENIX cosmic data taking in the big-partition with other 
detectors, which were HCAL, TPOT, and INTT.
I believe the OHCal was used as a cosmic ray trigger.

You need just to add MVTX to the big-partition to join the cosmic party.
