Thanks to a lot of work from many people, the final collaboration release of the commissioning document which will be submitted alongside the Beam Use Proposal (BUP) is ready for final review. It is on the Commissioning Workfest Indico site:

Most of the TeX warnings and errors have been cleared, and we have attempted to incorporate all collaboration suggestions; the released version is labelled "Collaboration Release 3" in Overleaf.

The plan is to submit this document along with the BUP tomorrow, Friday, August 25, 2023 at close of business, so if you see any must-fix issues tomorrow, please email us as soon as possible.
