Commissioning and running of sPHENIX

Hello All,

Thanks to our strong collaboration, we have 2-person watch shifts all covered (except one slot) from 

February 20, 2024 through April 16, 2024 !

Note that the shift schedule indicates 4-person shifts starting on March 26, 2024;  however, given the delayed start of the run,  we will  only  start 4-person  shifts on April 16, 2024.     The names are still on the sign up sheet to give those people credit (and they have been privately emailed).     Thus, we will only have the Shift Leader and Detector Operators through April 16, 2024.

That said, just when things get really exciting (April 16 - May 7, 2024), we are missing critical shift people particularly for the owl shift.   Please consider consulting with your group leader regarding your institutional commitment (which you can also check by clicking on the "institutions" button) and signing up !     

If you need to change shifts, please email myself and Kin before doing so.
