Commissioning and running of sPHENIX

Hello All,

In the sPHENIX Jet TG meeting, I presented updated pp 200 GeV rate estimates based on C-AD guidance, including from a meeting Kin Yip and I had with Kiel Hock (who is the C-AD run coordinator for this run).

There are also details on the Level-1 trigger capabilities and strategy, with updates in light of the expected rates, including new studies by Sam Liechty and JaeBeom Park.

I thought this would be of some general interest.    Follow up discussions in the Bulk TG on minimum bias triggers makes sense and we also promised an update when the Level-1 trigger emulators for jets/photons are available.
