Commissioning and running of sPHENIX

Dear Collaborators,

Jamie Nagle (Run Coordinator) sent out an email on Mar. 12 informing the 
shifters that they have to communicate with Jamie and/or myself in order 
to release the shifts that they have signed up.   We think that it's  
the shifters' responsibility to find a replacement; otherwise, it'll 
fall on a few of us to keep on finding people to fill the shifts.

Some collaborators have communicated to us that it's difficult to know 
who are willing to take shift and who may be willing to give up shifts.

For that, I've just created the Google Spreadsheet :

that you can state which period of shift that you'd like to give up 
(though you have signed up before)
and which period of shift that you'd like to take (as they may be 
already filled for now).

I've added the above google sheet to the "Run 2024" webpage (5th line in 
the "Shift column").   I hope Dmitry can create a link for it in the 
Shift Sign page soon.
