Hello All,

Around 11 pm last night (Tuesday, April 16, 2024), there was a power dip at sPHENIX. Rosi Reed did a great job coordinating.

We will need all subsystem experts to check out the status of their detectors this morning. The GL1 unit went down and daq01 is still down. We would like to get systems back up and running as soon as safely possible.

Note that we had planned a GL1/GTM unit firmware update today and the magnet ramp might take place this afternoon (or on Thursday - TBD). All subsystems will be notified well ahead of the magnet work. The plan is then to leave the magnet on through the weekend.
